These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hris77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the hris77 website located at hris77.app and all associated services, products, software, and content made available through the platform. By registering an account, accessing the website, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

hris77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publication of the updated Terms on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that promotion only.

All amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The ৳ symbol is used throughout as the shorthand for Bangladeshi Taka.

To register and maintain an account with hris77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hris77 is a strictly 18+ platform. Players under 18 are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, corporation, or other legal entity in the context of commercial gaming activity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing hris77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of hris77 or any of its associated companies, game providers, or payment partners, unless prior written approval has been granted by hris77 management.
• You are registering and playing with funds that originate from legitimate sources. hris77 does not accept funds derived from any unlawful activity.

Account Registration: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on hris77. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. hris77 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method matching, and identity verification to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and all balances forfeited without notice.

Know Your Customer (KYC): hris77 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above ৳5,000 or at any point deemed necessary by our compliance team. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal capability until verification is completed.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hris77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify hris77 support immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on hris77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hris77 does not charge any currency conversion fees because no conversion takes place — your deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are all denominated in BDT from start to finish.

Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 8 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) once the request has passed compliance review. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Your first withdrawal of each calendar day is processed free of platform fees.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, all of the following must be satisfied:

1. Your account KYC verification must be complete.
2. Any active bonus funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements, or you must elect to forfeit the bonus to release the real-money balance.
3. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into your hris77 account. hris77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not on record.
4. There must be no open compliance review, fraud investigation, or outstanding KYC request associated with your account.

hris77 offers a range of promotional incentives including the welcome deposit bonus, daily reload bonus, weekly cashback, and seasonal tournament offers. All bonuses are governed by both these general Terms and the specific terms published at the time each promotion is activated.

Welcome Bonus: New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 200% welcome match bonus up to ৳30,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Wagering requirements and minimum odds restrictions apply and are disclosed at the point of activation.

Daily Reload Bonus: Eligible players may claim a 20% reload bonus on qualifying deposits each calendar day. The daily reload is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, a maximum bonus cap, wagering requirements, and a 24-hour expiry window. Full conditions are displayed at the time of claim.

Weekly Cashback: Players who record a net loss over a Monday-to-Sunday period may be eligible for a 15% cashback credit applied to their bonus balance on the following Monday. Cashback is calculated on net real-money losses only; losses incurred using bonus funds are excluded.

General Bonus Conditions applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses are for personal entertainment only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• hris77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a player is found to be abusing bonuses — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — hris77 reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and to close the account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds unless the promotion explicitly states that bonus funds qualify toward rollover.
• Bonuses expire as specified in their individual terms; expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

By using the hris77 platform you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Use any automated software, bot, script, spider, or data-harvesting tool to interact with the hris77 platform, including to place bets, collect odds data, or exploit promotions.
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit progressive jackpots, or systematically extract bonus value.
• Attempt to access the hris77 systems, servers, or databases without authorisation, or engage in any action that could compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Use a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service to misrepresent your location or identity for the purpose of bypassing eligibility restrictions.
• Deposit funds that originate from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illicit sources.
• Engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward hris77 support staff or other players.
• Knowingly exploit any software error, glitch, or malfunction to gain an advantage. Any winnings attributable to a technical error will be voided and the fault reported to the relevant game provider.

hris77 reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these obligations. Where a violation is detected, hris77 may suspend or permanently close the account, void affected wagers and bonus activity, withhold or reclaim any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities if legally required.

All content published on the hris77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, promotional copy, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of hris77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hris77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or publicly display any content from the hris77 platform without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Use the hris77 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context, advertising material, or affiliate promotion without a current signed affiliate agreement.
• Create derivative works based on any hris77 content or game assets.

Game titles and their associated assets (artwork, RNG engines, pay-table logic) are the property of their respective studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — and are licensed to hris77 for deployment on the platform. Any dispute regarding game outcomes should be directed to hris77 support, which will liaise with the relevant provider as necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hris77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity interruption, or platform downtime.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of wagering decisions made by the player.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Inaccuracies in displayed odds, game results, or promotional information resulting from technical errors, provided such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.

hris77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or events beyond hris77's reasonable control (including network outages, acts of government, or force majeure events) may temporarily affect access to the platform. hris77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where operationally practicable.

In cases where hris77's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of hris77 to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their hris77 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your hris77 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, hris77 will process any remaining real-money balance (subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions) and close the account within 5 Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Any active bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. hris77 will also suppress any marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion. Involuntary Closure: hris77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financing of unlawful activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or legal notice requiring account suspension.

In the event of involuntary closure due to a Terms violation, hris77 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where closure is due to dormancy only and no violation is identified, the balance will be held in trust for 24 months from the last login date, after which it may be forfeited in accordance with hris77's dormant account policy.

Upon permanent account closure of any kind, hris77 will retain your registration data and transaction records for a minimum of 5 years in compliance with applicable data retention and AML obligations. For information on how your data is stored and managed, please review the Privacy Policy.
